Isle of No Man

I would have had to kneel down for half an hour,had I connected this
John Donne's poem to HCM.But,duh! I never knew HR in school.
I was an average Joe. HR text books have twisted my brains.

That brings us to the question, 'why the blog?'

The need for collaboration / social-networking are seen as key
HCM drivers in today's complex world. Through this blog I intend to reach out
to fellow HR professional and share HR Papers/links and info.
